Enter the same mobile number or email address used with COLORJET Bangladesh, state which service or record should be deleted, and do not include passwords, payment-card details or national identification documents. We may contact you through the registered channel for reasonable identity verification.

We aim to complete a verified eligible request within 30 days. Information required for an active payment, contract, warranty, service, fraud-prevention review, dispute or legal obligation may be restricted or retained for the applicable period. After completion, a minimal non-identifying request reference and outcome may be retained for 180 days. You will receive a public request reference after submission.
