Warranty Information

Warranty terms are product-specific and are confirmed through the approved quotation, invoice, warranty card or handover document. Before purchase, please confirm the covered machine, warranty period, covered service scope, covered parts and all exclusions.

Warranty normally does not automatically include consumables, printheads, small spares, damage caused by unstable electricity, environmental conditions, misuse, unauthorized modification, third-party repair, ordinary wear or work outside the confirmed coverage.

For support, provide the machine model, serial number where available, purchase reference and a clear description of the issue.
