EMI Agreement Terms

This page provides general website terms for an EMI arrangement. It is not a completed agreement and does not replace a transaction-specific written contract.

A valid EMI agreement must clearly identify the customer, product, model/serial number where applicable, cash price, advance payment, financed balance, instalment count, monthly amount, due date, payment method, security documents, warranty scope, ownership/transfer condition, default process and signatures.

The final enforceable terms are only those included in the signed agreement and any schedule attached to it. Both parties should retain a signed copy. Customers may seek independent legal or financial advice before signing.
